I have an adjustable weight bench that is incline, decline, and flat. I have about 385+ lbs of Olympic weights and a set of 10 and 15 lb Dumbbells. Olympic bar, very nice curl bar, very nice set of Olympic sized dumbbell bars, a cheaper set of Olympic dumbbell bars, a sturdy t-bar row, and lots of clamps. Also included is a calf press machine which is for standard weights but I have always used Olympic with no problem but you can get an adapter if needed for about 15 dollars. I have a pull up station with captains chair and dip bars. I will throw in lifting straps and wrist wraps. All is included.
