A man was walking along when a group of punks approached & demanded his cellphone. One of the robbers pulled a gun while the rest began going through the victims pockets. The victim was not resisting (of course) but the punk with the gun pulled the trigger anyhow & the bullet hit the victims face and bounced off, hitting one of the thieves- killing him instantly!

The victim was the last one to have personal contact with the bullet . . . He is obviously guilty of the murder of this poor underprivileged mugger only participating in a harmless prank by intentionally and maliciously deflected the bullet directly into him.
