Bulk Tannerite for 22's?

Shot up some alternate formula Tannerite in those tiny plastic targets last weekend. Liked it a lot, especially using a 22 instead of higher velocity rounds.

Can I get the same formula in bulk and load my own tagets? Plactic salsa containers, film cans, etc.

The Tannerite website was nebulous and I didn't see what I was looking for there. Hope I can find the 22 sensitive powders in bulk soimewhere near Portland.

Bryce at ammo&extras in Tigard has the stuff you are looking for. Good guy, easy to deal with. He calls his product Black Lightening. Rim-fire sensitive.
