Well ladies and gents, I already feel the sympathy, but I cannot seem to track down any sort of large quantities of .223. You know, pallets, truckloads, railroad containers? All jokes aside, could really use some advice on finding something other than 20 rounds for $6.50 at Bi-Mart.

I just read here on NWFA about Little Bear Gun Shop in Hillsboro and they've got some decent prices on M855 green tips ($169 for a can of 420rds.). It's about the best I've been able to find around here lately. And there's no shipping--if you don't mind picking it up in Hillsboro, that is.

Hey I should've specified a little more. I can travel anywhere for a good deal, and would prefer no green tipped stuff, but beggars can't be choosers right?

I often buy .223 from the Security Store in Hillsboro, OR. I think I paid $185 for 500 rounds of Federal FMJ.

I'd like to find some ballistic tip in bulk. No luck so far.
