BSA 30-06 Wood stock repair question

Looking for recommendations on a Portland area gunsmith who does wood repair / replacement on old rifles. I have a Birmingham Small Arms Monarch '06 that lost its decorative rosewood "cap" and I'm looking for a replacement cap (pic below is off the web - to give you an idea of what I'm referring to; it's the darker wood below the white spacer). Greatly appreciate any ideas you guys have.
