Browns Camp pit to the East?

Does it exist?

I love shooting out at Brown's Camp but recently moved to Happy Valley. With the recent vandalism to the forests out here I am less excited to find a random spot to plink.

If there isn't an equivalent spot would creating a shooter friendly environment like the Pit at brown's Camp help keep the overall condition of the forest better?
