Depending on how you define "nice" check out Mach 1 Arsenal on Gunbroker. They have a bunch of hi-powers that are Israeli police and military trade ins. Some have decent finish and some not so much. They also refinish some in house.

Or depending on how nice you want it and what you're willing to pay you can buy a not so nice one and have it refinished locally by Tim Copeland (Velzey on this forum). He does beautiful work on these surplus guns.

I bought one of the Israeli Hight Powers. Better than a Mark II, not quite a Mark III. Bought it from AIM. Anyway the barrel was cracked. Other than that it was in very good condition. I had it refinished and still have it. The good news is that barrels that fit it are about one third what Browning charges and are of high quality and are easy to find.
