I don't think the sights are replaceable

I pulled this off the web...
"The sights can be replaced, but need to be done by a gunsmith. The rear sight is not hard to do, it is in a dovetail and can be driven out with a brass punch and hammer and a new sight put in the same way. There are also sight tools that will remove the sight by turning a handle, but they are expensive. The front sight is staked in place. It needs to be "punched out from the inside of the slide and then the new sight gets staked in place. Excess metal is then ground off of the inside of the slide to allow the bushing to fit."

Nice looking handgun OP. I'd check with a gunsmith to see if the sights can be altered in a cost effective way that helps with "old eye" syndrome. Either way, good luck.
