I have a set of British 58' pattern webbing for sale or trade. This is the genuine British Army webbing and not the cheap poorly made knocks of that are floating around. Made from very thick cotton this stuff was made to last, and was still being used into the 90's.
The set consists of Belt, Yoke/harness, left ammo pouch, with bayonet frog, right ammo pouch with side pouch for tools. (Ammo pouches could hold 3 FAL magazines and belt ammo for the GPMG). Two kidney pouches usually used to store rat pack, personal cleaning kit, mess tins, etc. Poncho roll, for poncho/shelter often used to carry a 66 LAW in later years.
There is room on the belt for other pouches which would include a water bottle pouch, and respirator pouch.
In very good condition, this would be a good gift for any FAL aficionado.
