    They are the bony bits from some chicken I was preparing. Fried crispy then salted.

    It didn't look like fried livers or gizzards, but looks tasty all the same.

    I love fried chicken livers, but the wife just can't stand cooking them. There were several restaurants in Kansas City where I grew up where you could get great fried chicken livers, but I haven't found any out here yet.

    Guess if I want them I will just have to fry up a bunch myself.
