With the anti-American sentiment in our political class he'll probably be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.

The Norwegian committee is stupid enough to give it to him. I'm Norwegian so keep you poison pen notes to yourself.

I have a feeling they felt they could get far more in the way of information on future terrorist attacks and how this new class of individual terrorists operate. If he had pulled a gun on them, he likely would have gone down. As it is, they'll learn more about how to watch for slimey little weasels like this loser.

If they had fired, most of this board would be going crazy. It would be, "they set up this random kid, and killed him! False flag! False flag!" Then, Taku would say that he saw an Apache with police markings on it, and people would point out that they didn't have to shoot, because he isn't holding a weapon in the picture.

Custody is a better choice, given the option.

Something about due process.

But don't worry, the FBI made up for that lapse by killing his unarmed friend a few days later... shot him in the back of the head in "self-defense". However that works.

Because then fewer of the sheople would have applauded them as they hauled him away.

You know, after they had jailed said sheople in their houses for 2 days, pointing automatic weapons at them, and dragging them, and their kids, and their dogs forcibly/bodily from their homes so they could perform warrant-less searches on the sheople's private residences.

They needed to get back on the sheople's "good side," by showing them all how "benevolent" they can be, and not shoot the ~~perp~~ suspect in cold blood.

And it worked. Didn't you hear the applause and the cheering?
