I'd feel better about supporting that franchise if Daniel Craig wasn't a rabid anti-gunner. Such a hypocrite, makes his $ off pretending to perform well with guns (not just Bond, other movies as well), in effect glorifying them, but wants them banned in real life. They won't get a nickle from me.

A few months ago on Putlocker 9 I bing watched ever James Bond movie made It took 4 days. Every movie is the same.

IMO the later the movie, the better they got. The early ones were just too campy and seemed too fake. The movies got better with Brosnan and the action scenes got a lot better and more gritty with Craig. Yes, some of the stunts are too far out there, but fun to watch.

Moore was undeniably campgrounds, but Connery?

And sadly, all the Bond actors have been rabid Anti.

I hope this movie is good. The trailer seems to be a real scattered movie with it being unclear who then "leading lady" is and unclear who the villain is etc. IMO usually the best ones have a clear and convincing villain and single strong/beautiful leading lady.

I loved casino royale. That was very well done imo. The one after that not so much. This one kinda looks like a scattered mess with some cool action scenes based on the trailer anyway. But I hope I'm wrong about that.

Many actors are anti gun. I look on them like any other entertainer; they are actors, clowns, court jesters - there to entertain, not to look on with any admiration - especially not to listen to their opinions on things they know very little about. I enjoy the movie/TV show/performance and then when it ends I think about them no more. I enjoy the characters, not the actor. I give no more heed to their personal opinions on any given subject than I do the grocery store clerk, the person who fills my gas tank or who takes my order at Taco Bell.

YMMV

Agreed.

Unfortunately, simply because they are "famous" they think they should voice an opinion.

And since they are "famous" they are given ample opportunity to do so. Especially if said voice fits an agenda.

Sadly, people listen because, you know they are "famous".

Dumb bubblegums!

^^That, and the pro2A side is far less vocal. There are reportedly big-name celebrities who are pro gun, but the exception of a few like Ted Nugent, are less public in their support unfortunately. Be nice if they chipped in some of that star power and $$ to help out, especially in light of recent anti efforts.

I go to movies for entertainment, to get away from politics for a bit.

Hopefully this latest is good. Probably DCs last, IIRC, he's not been happy with the role for awhile (you know, portraying one of the most iconic action hero's of all time, making him insanely rich and famous is such a chore)

True, and given MSM's agenda, the few whom are pro -2A are rarely given time to voice such...

I stopped watching bond after Pierce Brosnan stopped being bond.

The only things noteworthy of bond is the new gadget/car/chick in each film.

Ah yes.......people defying the laws of physics coming to a theater near you.
There will be an ATM machine in the lobby so you can actually afford
a small bag of popcorn.

As opposed to dwarf-sized green aliens who decapitate clones with laser swords when they're not moving space ships with their mind? A true movie buff...you are not;).

There are certain movies that are OK on your TV, and some like Jurassic Park, that are just WAYYYYY better on the big screen.

Agreed on the concession costs tho:eek:...definitely puts a damper on experience. Our local general store sells decent sized bags of popcorn for 25 cents for customers to munch while shopping (and keep the kiddos occupied).
