Boehner speech

I caught a clip on the news today with Boehner saying something to the effect of Congress needing to act in accordance with what the times call for rather than the will of the constituents. I can't find a transcript of it, and the news hasn't shown a repeat. Anyone know of a link to the transcript? I'd like to double check what I heard before breaking out the soap box.

Just to clarify for those reading that have not heard the speech what was said was, "If you have come here to carry the standard of leadership demanded, not by our constituents, but by the times, then you've come to the right place."

Oh good, so it is true that the Republicans have gone democrat and the democrats have gone socialist...Good times ahead. Maybe the Mayans missed it by a couple weeks.
