Blowtorch Prime Rib

    Prime Rib I made for Thanksgiving. Yes, I use a blow torch.

    Sweet Jesus man, that looks yummy! Nice tip. That takes place of the first 15 minutes they say to cook at 450degrees?

    I just use the blowtorch to sear the outside, then goes in the oven for 3 hours (6lbs) at 300 :D Slow cookin but very tender and tasty
