Fits 10 X 12 in front pocket
rear can fit Medium or certain Large plates
Top of rear pocket is 10.5" wide
Bottom of rear pocket 14" wide
Rear pocket is 14.5" tall

Too Big for me .

How tall /weight are you? Trying to get an idea on sizing.

I'm 5ft 10.5inches and 150lbs and its loose over a shirt , if over a hoodie or jacket i might be able to work but its not ideal for me. Its very adjustable so i think this would fit any medium to large build
