I have a 5.11 black tack vest in like-new condition for sale. I have weight plates in the vest right now, so you can buy them with or without the plates. These plates are NOT body armor. I am asking $200 for the vest with mag pouches. If you want the plates, the complete package is $250 or I will trade for ammo (45acp, 9mm, 5.56).
