IDK, when Mosin Nagants were some $50 I did some pretty horrible things to them. Often on purpose.

An M1911A1 got down, got funky with a Stevens single-shot scattergun, and this was their love child.





IIRC, these were made in The Philippines.

Reminds me of when my young daughter and I were getting on a travelling circus ride years ago.

I pointed to the carney who took our ticket and strapped us in and I said, "Honey, just remember, he BUILT this ride this morning.".

The looks on her face was priceless.

The bottom pistol is one I made from spare parts I had around in the shop.
I converted the lock from flint to percussion...the barrel is part pf an old rifle barrel and the stock was hand carved from a chunk of local maple.

(Still waiting for the time you make percussion single shot with a polymer stock, engraved/molded with the Glock logo. This will be outrageously funny. Well, at least to some of us anyway. )

You could carve some fleur-de-lis and a deer on it with a soldering iron. Then paint it brown.
