Ya but because the farmers and oil people have had to drill deeper to get water the water table is now below 1800 feet. Kali government wouldn't let them take water out of rivers so now there is none in the ground. There is going to be a huge migration but then if you think about it kali would be a nice place to live if it were not for the people there. That has a solution now as they drive out the people.

This desalination plant is for OCEAN water...hence the name DE-SALINE..

So, they will pump the polluted salty ocean water, and then will have a HUGE problem with the Saline (salt, etc) that they removed from the ocean waters.

I know, Bury it in fracking areas.........YES!

Oh, that may be a problem....what about surrounding ground water???

I know, put 100# sacks of salt on sale, minimum order of 10 sacks, and let the consumer take advantage of this once in a lifetime savings....

They already have. Why do you think oregon is in the mess it is. Liberals exiting california only to move to oregon. Being brainwashed from down south, only to infect this state with the same culture and ideals.

However this time it will be millions driven out of the state due to water shortages. This summer should get them moving as the state won't give enough water even for sanitation. The migration will be to the jobs or the states that give out free stuff. Lots to learn here as they do this to the citizens, it's your future too.
