In all seriousness though, I watched my Dad go through this kind of decline and imo Biden is very, very far advanced. I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't go beyond cognitive function in near future such as affecting his breathing etc. (but each individual is different). They are gonna have to keep him really sheltered now for the rest of his term probably. Lucid moments will be fewer and farther between form now on I would think. He keeps falling back to old stories and old catch phrases because those things are more accessible to the memory vs newer things it's hard for the brain to make the connection. I'm no expert at all but did learn a lot about the disease with my dad.

I also know Congress will sit on it's arse and do nothing to hold D.O.J. to task, BUT, all it takes are 34 states to demand ANYTHING, and it's game over! Maybe it's time to push for that!

I didn't get to actually kick their butt but, the baseball bat I picked up gave them some pause and they figured I'd be better left alone from then on!

Isn't it interesting how demonstrating the will to be violent can make such a difference? You don't always necessarily even have to fight, just very much demonstrate that you will. This shouldn't be surprising for anyone, look at how many people every year stop violent crime just by displaying a gun, not even firing it, but simply demonstrating the will to use it if they are attacked.

Criminals are really no different than childhood bullies, they're just grown up. They don't really want to fight, they want to dominate, and once they're not able to dominate it's uninteresting to them because it's not easy and they could get hurt, which also makes it not interesting to them.

Ok, we can rethink the goats.

Virtually none have read or understand the US Constitution, the separation of powers and role of each branch. They all definitely miss that SCOTUS interprets what is IN the Constitution as opposed to what they WANT to be there. It's basic civics - Congress Legislates (please start doing you damn jobs), the President executes the laws Congress passes, and the SCOTUS validates the Constitutionality of the laws. Period.
