I'm going to guess that ORW probably buys from the same online retailers that we do and is not prioritized by manufacturers. Probably about what they paid, honestly.

I was told by two different employees that they no longer have structured delivery days. They get deliveries several days of the week now, and there may or may not be ammo included. This has proven to be accurate for me. Used to be Monday's were the day at my store, now it could be any day of the week.
