Best way to rent a house at the Oregon Coast (Lincoln City)

My wife and I go to Lincoln City often but this time we are taking adult children and significant others. Was wondering if anyone might be able to recommend the best way to rent a house in Lincoln City, other than AirBNB. Maybe a favorite Property Management Co? I see signs everywhere for house rentals when I'm in Lincoln City but of course I never think to write this stuff down, as we usually get a hotel room.

I don't need to be on the beach, but walkable to the beach is nice. Walkable to Maxwell's and/or Casino is a big plus.
