Keith's does have a great inventory, and I've bought a few guns from them, but most of the guys that work there are jerks and have terrible customer service.

After I dropped almost $2k in there in one visit and they were still rude to me I gave up with them.

Got the opposite at NW Armory. They were extremely helpful and wanting to help.

And I'm not a person going in asking a lot of questions. Usually know exactly what I'm getting when I walk in. Just ask them if they have one in a box and get the paperwork started.

Sportmans is pretty decent with selection, but prices are on the high side.

Cabelas is great too. The guys there are great and the prices are average.

Go to one of the Collectors West gun shows at the Expo center. That is the largest selection with most of the gun shops present.

    +1 for Northwest Armory.
Unless you're looking for a specialty gun, I'd recommend hitting as many LGS shops as possible. See for yourself, who are the heros and who are the dicks.

I've had some bad experiences at Keith's but whenever I've been able to deal with Keith personally the experience has been good and he does pass along his pricing discount on Walther Items last I checked.

Besides the guy asked for "best selection"....Not service:rolleyes: Same with Sportsmans... For sure the guys and gals at NWA are the best but I've also had a few there that didn't know a gun from gumball, but were thrilled to sell me one...

Just walk into any LGS and declare you're a Yelp reviewer/critic and DEMAND the best they have. BTW- Google that up from Southpark. ;):D

Thanks for the input guys. Made a purchase at Sportsmans, mostly because i was in the area. Decent price. $30 less than Cabela's. BTW LGS here in McMinnville is a little sketchy. The one on 2nd street.

There is usually a big selection of all kinds of guns at the ARPC gun show in Albany. Next show is March 5th & 6th. $6 admission and free parking.

I think Keith's has the best selection! What you see in the store is only a portion of their stock! Basement plus warehouse across the street!

Plus 1 on the ARPC gun shows! Lots to see!:)

Tick Licker on South Commercial advertises the largest selection in Salem. Was in there yesterday and they do have a ton of handguns. Nice people too.

Try using a voice search for the location on your smart phone. You'll get a chuckle out of it! :D
