I'm in agreement with @Joe13, you're definitely going to get a better deal selling privately and buying with the proceeds. Any shop is not going to give you as much as you can get selling yourself. They're watching out for themselves, not for you. Nothing wrong with that, it's business, just be aware of that fact.

The ARPC gun show is coming up in Albany. Usually plenty of dealers there who will entertain trade offers. March 3 & 4 at the Linn county fair grounds.
