It is amazing how well customers are treated in this gun shop - I listen to how they deal with customers who never held a firearm before and those who know the industry well, and they are impressive in their knowledge and delivery of information.
They don't try to sell you what they have in stock - they figure out what's best for you. If they don't have it, they can order it.
I don't know the names of all the guys who work there, but James, Norm and Brad do a great job. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to. They give you the time you need.
