I know 65% sounds a bit harsh.
But % is very subjective. And my opinion takes into account overall look.
Most collectors want 60% or more finish. Anything else put's a gun in the shooter category.
And that's about where I see this gun. Right on the tipping point.
This rule will budge a bit based on how rare or desirable a gun is.
And ultimately depends on the buyers opinion. And therefor may have more value to a certain person.
It dose not however change it's market value among an average of collectors.
I view condition in relation to value as a bit of a moving target.
I might pay a little more for a certain type of gun in 65% condition if I find them becoming harder to find in equal or better condition.
But it would need to be a popular type of gun for me to do so. I don't want to be upside down very much for very long.
