Belom is fine (Serb I think), Turan is Turkish which has a so-so rep

Usually does but there places out there on that charge about the same with no tax. I think it's a volition thing

It does, but there are still online places where you can get similar deals without sales tax. Usually smaller dealers who don't have the volume which forces them to collect. R/gundeals has these deals at least daily. I bought 1k recently for about 300 shipped

Just bought Buffalo cartridge reman. Ammo off ammomart for 24 cents a round and they gave me a free upgrade to new ammo worth about 34 cents a round…. I'd say that was a good deal.
