Belarusian optic?

Anyone know anything about this? It came with something I got years ago.
It says inter ordnance on it, but the closest thing I have found online is a kalinka. It has an illuminated reticle, integrated sun shade, and range estimator built into the reticle.
The last picture is a picture of the reticle I pulled off the interwebs. Any knowledge I can get from you all would be appreciated.

In not familiar with that optic but, Belarus is known for making really good lenses. I have a Belarusian jewelers loop that's just amazing.

Its a Belarussian POSP 8x42 scope. Soviet era design that could be mounted on the SVD marksman rifle and the AK platform rifles. Yours looks to have the SVD side rail mount (they can be changed).
