I have a LEFT HANDED Shooting Systems holster that I have used for a grand total of 4 times. Turns out that I prefer to carry IWB, so my paddles and this BtB holster are going to be sold.

This is the size 4, so it fits the following;

I personally carried my S&W 4013, Glock 27 and Taurus 650 in it and they do all fit.

So this would work as an off hand draw as a BUG for a right handed shooter, right?

Certainly. I actually positioned it slightly hipwards once and even though the draw length is long, it was just as easy to draw as when it was centered in the small of the back. I like the holster and it's made really solidly. Fits up to a 1.75" belt I think.
