[ Govt ] has banned people with "mental disorders" from [ FA ] . Among those affected by the ban are transgender persons, fetishists, exhibitionists, voyeurs, "pathological" gamblers and kleptomaniacs.


[F A] = Getting Drivers licences ! If they will ban that they getting firearms

[ Govt ] = Russia but you know any socialist government, like ours wants to do the same
