Hey guys, I got a response from him through PM. This is what he had to say regarding the 9mm and .45 acp.

"Hi, 9mm are fmj and mostly reloads(about 300 rounds are factory new) and Im asking .27 cent/round on it. .45acp fmj are all factory new (remington, winchester) and I'm asking .43cent/round on it"
