Went shooting with a LEO friend who is one of the snipers in his particular agency. I got to shoot his duty weapon, an M4 on full auto, and his KMW .308 sniper rifle. The rifle and Nightforce scope cost were equal to 1/5th of my annual salary! 
Since the sniper rifle was customized for this individual I had a hard time getting a good view through the scope. My very first shot left me with a decent little scope bite over my eye. 
Oh well! Just had to share.
