If the problem is slow pay for an injury/timeloss I was advised by a lawyer to let it take it's time. That if I involved the lawyer it would cost me 1/3 of what I received. I took that advise and I did get paid for my timeloss claim (9 months). The doctors also got theirs well before I did.

Another time there was a snafu I contacted my Wa. State Rep who had an aide look into the matter. The problem was resolved so fast that I had barely hung up the phone from the State Rep before the problem was resolved. I would suggest a call to you State Rep.
