Oregon Attempted rape in mt tabor park in Portland

Looks like citizens stopped the rape and were able to detain? him until cops got there. If u recall, a couple months ago there was a car that got shot 5 times in the same park when a man and his fiancé asked kidnappers what they were doing. Last week we had an attempted carjacking (carjacker had knife) close to this park also and citizens making a fuss drove him away.

End his genetic line. Do away with human garbage like that. Or at the very least allow the victim to choose his punishment. I hope he gets the maximum sentence for his crimes.
