"I'm very sorry, but we had to cancel your order. One of our vendors was raided by the ATF on 3/25, which resulted in our inability to ship a number of orders placed around that time. It is important to note that the vendor does not have any customer data. Because we're unsure exactly when we'll have the FRT back in stock and ready to ship, we went ahead and refunded your order in full. You should see the refund on your MC ending in XXXX," Rare Breed's customer service team told the customer.

The guy they popped possessed a lot more than a FRT, some of which are going to cause him huge amount a legal woes.
Yep FYI He had 38 Glock switches, 3 frts, and one other frt type trigger. Source: Wa gun law guy did a short video on it.The guy they popped possessed a lot more than a FRT, some of which are going to cause him huge amount a legal woes.
Yes, they listed the FRT in their seizure documents along with some false supporting claims to make them look good.
I suspect the guy is going down for NFA violations. but the FRT isn't going to be the primary cause.
But this the ATF. "We must over reach!" or maybe "Just go rogue baby!" seems to be their mottoThey dont need to prosecute him for the FRT's and it wouldnt do them any good to do so. The switches are enough.
Not really. Theyre like any other law enforcement agency . If they can get a conviction on settled law . like Glock switches, then they'll do that vs dragging in something that could bite them in the rear long term and try and actually prosecute the FRT as a machine gun.But this the ATF. "We must over reach!" or maybe "Just go rogue baby!" seems to be their motto
Dosnt look like it!is this propaganda?
