Interestingly. A friend of mine was discussing the idea of putting something like this together to track government action and movement.

A "Massive database" that could show who was where when who died.

When someone dies (or gets thrown in jail, or accused of a crime etc) were they connected to any politicians?

Once the database was populated enough (and it could populate itself given time to scour the net) you could paint a pretty accurate picture of who is doing what and why.

Well let's get a'crackin'!

Is it already going, or is it going to take a sharp cookie with some spare time, like lots of spare time, to get something like this up?
My bet would be that it would be "banned" because it infringes on the security of the good old USA.
