So they can keep your stuff as long as they want, only turning it over after they get ordered to by a court (not when it is legal to do so, which happened way before this), then they want you to jump as fast as possible or they will (presumably) still destroy your property? If I were in these people's shoes I would be suing for the full MSRP/market value of the stock (whichever is higher) as well as return the stock in whatever condition it is in. And I would do this regardless of whatever time limitations they put on the return of the property. This one-way (double) standard has to go. Whatever can be legally required of others should be legally required of law enforcement.

Over half a million were in circulation. Not sure how many were turned in, but my impression was that it wasn't very many.

According to this article RW Arms out of TX may have* turned in up to 60,000 of them, many of which may have* been destroyed.

*"May have" because this was the only source I could find right now with any numbers

The people that had them illegally confiscated are not the ones that should be responsible to get them back. BATFE knows exactly who those stocks came from and they should all be packaged up and sent back to their rightful owners at BATFE expense. (Yes, I know. WE still pay for it.)

Exactly. They took peoples property and now they grudgingly give the owners a 90 day window to "request" to get them back. I hope the plaintiffs follow up on this and judge tells atf that it is unacceptable. ATF needs to make it right for those owners.

Ah thx. I think Mr guns and gear did a video criticizing her but seemed to me much ado about nothing. He was citing some past thing she did and seemed to me to blow it all out of proportion for what she might do in the future. IMO she's gonna do trumps bidding. If she doesn't she will be out fast.
