When submitting a form 4 to the ATF, who is responsible for affixing the 2"x2" passport sized photo to the form.
Do I glue it on, or is that done at the ATF office.
I don't want to screw this up and have a delay on this paperwork.
    Thanks in advance.

I did. And I just used a glue stick.
Go over everything a few times before sending it. I wasted an extra month because I forgot to sign one of the lines and had part of it kicked back to me.

    Best of luck.

I have to ask, is there a reason for not using a trust?

I was gonna ask why he asked this question twice in two different sections of the forum, neither of which was the NFA section ;)

I have used glue and staples. No issues with either.
