Jen Psaki took a question on foreign protestors waving the U.S. Flag. It was painful.
They are so in need of medicine you know? They tried to say It's because vaccine shortage that Cubans are protesting lol. It's not that they are starving and been repressed for 60 years by SOCIALIST.
So has laws actually changed in Oregon?

Don't forget what your kids and grandchildren are being taught. Commie theory and school sponsored walk outs started 4-5 years ago in earnest. After the Florida school shooting Hollywood and Leftist poured hundreds of thousands (probably millions) in propping up the voices of the naive and easily lead.

Listen to the children, they said. Half of the 17 yo out there can't cut their own meat properly. These kids believe in government because they see school/teachers as the government. Ms Crabtree is good therefore government is good. Schools say guns are bad so, guns are bad.

A few years ago Hong Kong had a rebellion waving US flags. Now Cubans are doing the same. The mainstream is having a hard time explaining it away. Record gun sales and ammo shortages from Leftist are hard to explain away.
Soon to come.... if it is not here already...

Yes. From the last legislative session:
  • Gun storage laws have changed, you have to keep your firearms under lock and key in a locked storage box with a trigger lock, unless on your person.
  • You are liable for any crimes committed with a lost or stolen firearm for up to 2 years after ownership.
  • Cost of concealed carry permits has increased.
  • Where you can carry concealed has changed.
  • Definition of prohibited areas has expanded to include grounds and land owned by government, schools, airports, etc...
  • Penalties are 5 years in prison and $125,000 fine.
  • Rules no longer have to be consistent with the state constitution.

Magazine and "assault weapons" will likely be on the ballot if they get the signatures.

Never mention what happens to the thug who stole your property. First thing is plea bargain the gun charge down to nothing, then out by lunch time. Meanwhile the state wants to come after you, the victim of a theft.

In no other situation is this a possibility. Politicians that make laws to let rapist and murderers out that repeat their calling in life don't get charged or threatened to be charged for what they actually caused.

No personal accountability. Very typical of this of this type of utopist thinking. The collective shares in the credit and the blame for everything. It's almost like preschool teachers are running the state.

Not kidding.

SECTION 5.(1)(a) A person who owns, possesses or controls a firearm shall report the loss or theft of the firearm to a law enforcement agency in the jurisdiction in which the loss Enrolled Senate Bill 554 (SB 554-B)Page 3

or theft occurred as soon as practicable but not later than within 72 hours of the time the person knew or reasonably should have known of the loss or theft. (But, guess who determines "reasonably should have known"? Not you...but the court. This is their universal gotcha clause.)

3) If a lost or stolen firearm is used to injure a person or property and the person who owned, possessed or controlled the firearm at the time of the loss or theft did not report the loss or theft as required by subsection (1) of this section, in an action against the person who owned, possessed or controlled the firearm at the time of the loss or theft to recover damages for the injury, the violation constitutes negligence per se for two years from the expiration of the time limit for reporting or until the loss or theft report is made, whichever occurs sooner. The presumption of negligence may not be overcome by a showing that the person acted reasonably. (See the gotcha clause above. Even if you acted reasonably, they still gotcha.)
