If I were in charge, I would only allow power that came from solar and wind to be exported to California. This would be so they could avoid the guilt of using power that came from fossil fuels or killing fish.

The Texas power grid is a laughing stock worldwide. Extended blackouts galore, people's pipes bursting because they couldn't heat their home for a week, people lining up at the community center for their drinking water rations…can't beat that if I tried my hardest to fail.
