Sig M11 A1 for $650 new. If it sounds too good it usually is. The azzwipe that posted it said he was from "Bends" Oregon, but was in North Carolina now. You guy's know the game. There must be some fools out there that these guy's hook now and then or they wouldn't keep doing it. They deserve an old fashioned *** whippin'

Got an interesting letter today from armslist.
Seems they want to clean up their site?

We do our best to take down listings that are scams. Help us do an even better job. When you see something suspicious, contact our support team at: so we can track and block these scoundrels. And remember, if you send a Cashier's Check or Money Order to a fraudster, it's nearly impossible to get your money back. Be careful.

Are you into Social Media and that sort of stuff? If you are, feel free interact with Armslist and some of our Internet buddies on their social media pages.

Yes, but the comment about stopping the scammers was interesting. Everyone that was on their list got it, but many didn't get it also.
With the badmouthing that goes on about armslist I thought more might like to see it. I dont think they are any worse than every other swap or sell forums anywhere.
There are scammers on all of them.

Somewhat computer savvy, I've bought, sold and traded things on Craigslist through the years, probably hundreds. Tried to set up an ad looking for something (28" vent rib barrel for a 12 gauge Winchester 120, 1200, 1300) on Armslist, and failed miserably for no specified reason. It's a great concept, but not well set up. And it's fraught (ratio-wise) with scammers who'd be much better off beaten unconscious behind a dumpster.
