I just stumbled onto the armslist.com thing today when a guy I work with hung around late, waiting to go meet with a seller. He's nobody's fool and I think he's gone that route before.

Seems reasonable, the whole idea, unless there's some hidden problem lurking there. As a longtime avid CL buyer and seller of anything you can ride, drive, shoot, paddle, or play too loud, I've met every brand of flake you can imagine. But they're creative, always developing creative new ripoffs and aggravations.

So, because it invloves firearms, is there any extra advice we should all consider beyond personal infosec and total overwhelming tactical superiority when using armslist or gunlsitings?

Thanks for tips/anecdotes.
