I bought this carrier and used it for 3 days, but my dept switched to a different carrier.
It is an Armor Express OCS carrier with MOLLE.
My loss is your gain. $150 firm. I'm already eating some of the price on this virtually new carrier.

It features:
Velcro for badge on upper left chest,
Velcro for name tape on upper right chest,
Large Velcro panel on back for identification,
MOLLE on front, sides, and back for attaching pouches for virtually any setup of accessories.
In addition to holding your ballistic panels, it has a pocket for trauma packs or additional armor plates.
Black in color

The carrier was sized:
38-40 inch Chest,
31-33 inch Girth,
16 inch Torso
It has velcro on the sides you could tighten or loosen to fit more than just that size. If it sounds like a close fit and you're interested, come try it on.

Vest features:
Solid front - Side opening
Heavy-duty Poly Duck fabric
Adjustable sides and shoulders with hook and loop
Internal front plate pockets with bottom opening - 5"x8", 8"x10", 10"x12"
Belly Band to secure jacket to back
Mic wire guides on both shoulders

This is the carrier ONLY and does not include ballistic panels.

Message me with serious questions.
Please don't ask me if this is bullet proof. This alone isn't. You need bulletproof panels to put inside this.
