Without knowing the area to well as I just moved here from TN but it seems the tillamook state forest is probably your best bet, Once I get settled in and get a resupply of ammo I think i'll head up there and hike back some ways and find a place.

Threat dynamics in tualatin has opened a new indoor range that will allow up to 308 calibers from riffles. $30 to shoot, and another $5 to bring your own ammo. Only certain kinds of ammo are allowed. Range is 25 yards I believe. Good to break in a new gun, or pattern some buckshot spreads.

The rock pit at Browns Camp is closed for shooting currently, I believe for logging purposes.

It is closed. I was out in that area yesterday. Not sure how long it's shut down for though.

Go a little further out and find a spot off Salmonberry.

Usually it's close only when they're mining rock from it as far as I've known. Hope the pigs haven't got it closed for good.
