I hear MK tactical in Hillsboro does in house, same or next day kydex.
There is also Razor Six Tactical next to the hillsboro airport but they wanted me to wait far too long.. I assume to make extra holsters using my model of pistol(s) and AK mags so I passed.
But they do any color or set up you can think of.

www.krounds.com in Tukwila (near Southcenter) made me a custom OWB holster for my Sig used it in a weekend long pistol class and it far exceded my expectations. I highly recommend them. I only had to wait about 2 days for them to complete the product.

A big +1 for Ted Blocker company. The staff there really know what they are doing and will work with you on what you need. The holsters are made to order so modifications are usually not a problem. I have been using them exclusively for almost 5 years now. Not one problem.

Yes sir good buddy. Ted is the bees knees.

For Kydex near Portland, MK Tactical has a guy who makes them while you wait. Call first, the holster maker's hours are spotty.

A E Nelson in Scio, Oregon. Saw one of theirs at the Defensive Handgun class yesterday at ARPC. Nice qualtity.

I use a cutomized A. E. Nelson holster for my day to day appendix carry of a S&W 4" K frame .357 magnum with a Ted Blocker belt and Dickies suspenders.
