We are selling our 2016 Arctic Fox 31D Travel Trailer. This travel trailer is like new and was just serviced. It is currently winterized. The 31D sleeps up to 10, but if you want to leave the table and recliners open, I would say up to 7. Due to its large capacity, the refrigerator and oven are oversized making it great if you have a few people and a long trip or perfect if you have a large group and shorter trip. With A/C, flat screen TV, bunk beds, outdoor kitchen (great overflow large capacity mini fridge, with sink and outdoor grill), abundant storage, and more, this is the perfect RV. This RV has never been off-road and has been used in RV resorts or on our property only. Not pictured are the queen size mattress (still in plastic), the TV, and the bunk mattresses. We have them stored in our house, the mattress is still wrapped in plastic. A weight distribution, stabilizing tow system and a 7-year bumper-to-tongue extended warranty are included. Asking $40,000,We will consider partial trade.
