are the specifications for the upper... no the optic is not part of the sale unless you want to pay extra... the lower is not for the price unless you want to buy it as a complete rifle... the brake is a Midwest industry if I remember correctly! I have around 180 rounds of Winchester ammunition for it and 5 Duramag 20 round mags. Any questions about it feel free to ask. You can use a standard AR BCG for the 350. I have shot 60 rounds through it to verify function. Also 350 legend ammo price has been $0.50/round and it's a straight walled cartridge which is easier to reload.
