It's still available. No Idea on the exact manufacturing dates but the upper looks newer and the lower was put together in 2008 by fellow NWF member. I acquired the upper in 2008 as well. Both are in Excellent condition. Very little bolt wear and the Upper was advertised NEW unfired on gunbroker.com when I bid on it. Only 250 rounds have been put through it.
