Flat top upper receiver with forward assist. No sights, bolt, bolt carrier, or ejection port cover as they went along with the new upper I got.

This upper is used, but in excellent condition. $40.00 Not sure who the maker is. This upper has about 400 rounds through it before I swapped out to a billet upper.

    In the Portland, metro area.

Yep, standard forged flat top receiver, but no M4 cuts, sorry.

They aren't hard to put in if you want to. But if the cuts are already there, you can't use a standard barrel with them. You can use the M4 barrel without the cuts, (it isn't as good as with, but it can be done) but you can't use standard barrel if the M4 cuts are in place as the bullet noses will likely jam into the barrel extension. All it takes to add the cuts is a small round file, or a Fordam or dremel tool. I didn't want to add them though as none of my barrels require them.
