WTS OR AR15 complete Lower Receiver

Surplus Ammo and Arms unfired complete lower receiver with M4 style collapsible stock. Gun is in brand new condition. Standard grip. Cal is marked Multi and Pictogram safe and fire markings. I have been out of the gun world for some time so is $250 fair for this? I am in Southern Oregon. Please feel free to make an offer.
