AR Upper question.

All right NWFA experts, here is a question.
Does any one make a Upper receiver with Recoil system built into the bolt assembly, Preferably a side charger, NOT a Buffer/Spring assembly out the tail like a standard AR?
Looking around at the 5.56 offerings with side folder/collapsing stock options that are not HK or FN, and not seeing any modern AR based systems. There IS Nodak Spud doing a Modded AR-180 that uses AR-15 Mags and -15 barrels, but it looks like a some what complicated build, and ends up being kind of expensive! Any one know if the Robinson XCR uses AR barrels and mags and furnature?
Lay it on me folks, What have you seen, any ideas, advice?

Side charger that I just bought for my new build! Doesn't fit all your specs but maybe your just being to picky!!

OA-93 Carbine upper had a front over barrel recoil spring/guide rod, with left side charger. And should fit any AR lower.

Sig 556 had a spring wrapped long stroke piston. And took AR magazines.
The DR-200 had an AK gas system with AR style bolt. And took AR mags.

All could use folding stocks. And fire when folded.
